(1) If ImeCar detect or receive other people to report or complain about the user in violation of the provisions of this agreement, ImeCar has the right to review and delete the relevant content at any time, including but not limited to user information, posting records. Depending on the severity of the violation of the account ,ImeCar will manage the following punishments, including but not limited to warning, account block, equipment, ban, functional ban penalty, and then notify process result for the user.
(2) For the users being banned by violating this agreement, you can contact with ImeCar. Among them, the user of functional ban will will automatically resume the ban function after the ban period. The banned users can submit a complaint, and ImeCar will review the complaint and decide whether to change the penalty. ImeCar has the right to punish violation of the relevant laws or this agreement by reasonable judgment, the user should bear all the legal liabilities arising therefrom.
(1) The contents of this regulation refers any content of making, uploading, copying, publishing, spreading during the process of user using ImeCar, including but not limited to account avatar, name, user description and other registration information and certification information, or text , voice, picture, video, etc. send, reply or reply to messages and relevant links page, and other content generated by account or the service.
(2) The user should not use the "ImeCar" account or the service to produce, upload, copy, publish, spread the following content banned by laws, regulations and policies :
1) Against the basic principles established by the Constitution;
2) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;
3) Damage to national honor and interest;
4) Incite national hatred, ethnic discrimination, destruction of national unity;
5) To undermine the national religious policy, to promote cults and feudal superstition;
6) Spread rumors, disturb the social order, undermine social stability;
7) The distribution of obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigation of crime;
8) Insult or slander others, against the legitimate rights and interests of others;
9) Information that contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
(1) Any content sending, publishing in or through this service by user does not and can not be regarded to reflect or represent the opinion, position or policy of ImeCar, ImeCar does not bear any responsibility for this.
(2) The user should not use the "ImeCar" account or the service to manage the following acts:
1) Submit, publish false information, or theft of other person's avatar or information, posing, use the name of others;
2) Force, induce other users to pay attention, click on the link page or share information;
3) Use technical means to establish a false account number;
4) Use "ImeCar" account or the service to engage in any criminal activities;
5) Other violations of laws and regulations, violation of the legitimate rights and interests of other users, acts of interfering with the normal operation of "ImeCar" or not authorized by "ImeCar".
(3) The user should be responsible for authenticity, legitimacy, harmless, accuracy,effectiveness of the information sending by the "ImeCar" account or the service . The legal responsibility should be bear by the user who spread the information , ImeCar has nothing to do with this.Any claim, request or loss, including reasonable attorneys' fees, which the User may have in breach of any third party claim, arising out of or in connection with this agreement, should indemnify the ImeCar and the affiliate companies and the associated companies from harm.
(1) ImeCar solemnly remind the user to pay attention to the terms in this agreement which remove the responsibility of ImeCar and restrictions on the rights of users , please carefully read and consider the risks. Minors should read this Agreement with a legal guardian's accompany.
(2) The validity of this agreement, interpretation and dispute resolution, applicable to the laws of the People's Republic of China. If there is any dispute or dispute between the user and the ImeCar, it should first be settled through negotiation, and if not settled, he user should agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court that has jurisdiction over the ImeCar.
